Job Qualification Requirements:
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent and have at least 24 months of full-time work experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Must be able to record financial transactions with an error rate of 1% or less based on a review of all entries completed within a standard 40-hour work week. Must have working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, including the ability to input transactions, generate reports, prepare and reconcile invoices, and use formulas or templates for financial reporting. Must be able to identify and correct discrepancies in financial records during routine review. Must maintain both paper and digital records in an organized and retrievable format.
